At Mediko, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Exact timing depends on your shipping location.
Typical delivery windows include:

United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: couriers may experience delays during holidays, peak seasons, or customs inspections. These delays are outside of our control.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, Mediko reserves the right to cancel the order.

 within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is, and we work closely with courier partners to ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Customs inspections

Courier delays

Transportation disruptions

Address or payment verification issues

While Mediko cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will notify you of any significant issues and assist however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact the courier directly to file a claim — most carriers require specific information from you.

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Mediko is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a courtesy.

In cases of theft, filing a police report may also be recommended.
