Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. Items are considered damaged only if the product itself is defective or physically broken.
Damage to packaging alone (such as dents, marks, or bent boxes) is not considered product damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@medikohealth.store
 with a clear photo of the issue. We will review the case and determine whether you qualify for a free replacement.
We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, Mediko cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or any other factors outside our control.
For issues involving lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly. Mediko is not liable for these occurrences.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order cannot be refunded or resent.
